At NFC Company it is $20 for a 5lb, $20 for a 10, and $25 for a 20 lb. I heard Airgas recently raised prices (I know they were at $10 for a 5lb exchange but it's higher now).

I have used IL Fire and Safety to fill mine. 702 S Rohlwing Rd. Addison.
