Magic Chef Kegerator Conversion

So I finally decided that I'm over bottling (for the most part) and wanted to convert my mini-fridge into a kegerator. I had to do some pretty extensive modifications to the inside in order to make two cornys and the 5lb regulator fit but I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Eventually I'm going to build it into a bar with a two tap tower coming out of the top.







I had to cut out a lot of the plastic and some of the insulation so I covered it all in 3M cold weather aluminum tape.

Shanks in the door will serve less foamy beer.

I see you had to bend the chiller plate. How hard was that?

I'll have a cooling fan blowing cold air up into the tower. Shanks in the door are too low to be practical. Plus its going to be built into a bar.

Turn the fridge off for a few days to let it warm to room temp and it bends very easily.
