Default Help quick!!!

I promised kids making root beer tonight, I am going to use bread yeast to carb -- for a 2 1/2 gallon batch, how much do I use?????? Thanks

Like a teaspoon.

If you have beer or wine yeast, that might be a better idea.

Thanks -- I only hav e the bread yeast. It's an experimental thing I've heard from a LHBS for alot of folks root beer isnt root beer unless it has a bread taste, so I figure try making somehting different for the kids. If it sucks, the batch was like $8. LOL
