I'm looking for suggestions for a basic wheat beer extract recipe. After primary fermenting is done, I'm going to divide into smaller secondary vessels, each with a different fruit.
My local store has this basic hefeweizen recipe:
- Extract 2 lbs Pale Malt Extract
- 4 lbs Wheat Malt Extract
- Hops 1 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh (60 minutes)
- 1 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh (0 minutes)
- Yeast Safale 56
Anyone have a better suggestion?
