I want to try and make a black cherry hefe, and was curious if I could add black cherry unsweetened juice when bottling cause I can not find black cherry flavoring anywhere.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

My suggestion as a person who likes the flavor of food, I avoid the concentrated flavoring if there's an alternative. Because it's so concentrated, you can easily over do it and underdo it. Plus it's not as much fun as using the real stuff. Unsweetened cherries are naturally very sweet. Also you can buy dried cherries. Based on my research about fruit beer, people tend to gravitate toward something like crushed fruit in a secondary.

dried black cherries, chopped up and soaked in vodka for a week, could provide a ton of flavor added to a secondary
