disclaimer: i first brewed this on 8/27/2011 and i have never liked bluemoon beers or anything really from BMC. I named this homebrew before i knew about the bluemoon clone thats also listed on here. Also this is my first post so i apologize for spelling errors and grammatical mishaps(/END)

This was my first blueberry beer. it is very simple and some friends and I thought it was very, VERY good. I made 2 different variations, the first being the better.

Let me know what you think if you decide to make it.

2row(briess or whatever's local) - 15lbs

Coloumbus (pellet) - 1oz - 60min
Cascade (leaf) - .5oz - 6min

locally grown blueberries in season - 8 pints(apx. 6.5lbs. frozen for 2 weeks then thawed and let sit with a campden tab for 24hours then smashed with a potato masher about 75%) - added 3 days after brewday.
whirlfloc - 15min

target OG = 1.059
actual OG = 1.062
preboil OG = 1.084(first), 1.030(end)
60min mash

secondary after 7-14days

my second version of this is:

2row - 13lbs

columbus -1.190oz - 60min
challenger - 1oz - 30min
cascade - 1oz - 10min
cascade - 1oz - dryhop
