I made a Starter a few days ago with harvested yeast and although i never seen the air lock bubble... a thick foam formed so i figured the starter was good to pitch when i brewed yesterday! Today however I have no activity of fermentation after 24 hours! I always have activity after 24 hours! what couldve went wrong??? what should i do now? wait? or pitch another pack of yeast????
