Hey all. First post, but long time viewer...


I made a Starter a few days ago with harvested yeast and although i never seen the air lock bubble... a thick foam formed so i figured the starter was good to pitch when i brewed yesterday! Today however I have no activity of fermentation after 24 hours! I always have activity after 24 hours! what couldve went wrong??? what should i do now? wait? or pitch another pack of yeast????

On tap: World wide lager, Dopelbock, Apfelwein, American Wheat, DFH 90, Dortmunder export, Skeeterpee, Chinook/Citra ipa.
Waiting on a tap. Maibock, Two Hearted, Pliny the elder, Chimay White, Roggenbrier, DFH60
Fermenting:Apfelwein
On Deck:
Hiding in dark corner: Lambic, Flanders red, Oud Bruin, DFH 120(in bottles)

If your starter was active, it will ferment.
