I know this is a straight noob question, but I have a lot of faith in the people on this forum to give me good info.
I am a beer Brewer but have never made a Mead. A friend of mine bought me a Mead kit.
It was for 3 gallons, 12 # of honey and a smack pack of sweet Mead yeast.
anyway my question is. What kind of yeast can I use if the liquid yeast don't take off.
