Recently bought a S/S conical fermenter, which I've yet found time to put to use. Can you all give me some advice on the best sanitizers to use with stainless? I've been using One-Step with my plastic fermenters, is this stuff okay for stainless? Is a rinse with boiling water sufficient?
Pssst, One-Step isn't an FDA recognized sanitizer.
