Ok I have a question regarding making a wit beer. I made a 5 gal batch and like it enough to brew it again, but I now have the capacity to brew 10 gal batches. My question is when it comes to spices (i.e. Coriander) do I just double that amount? I ask because I've read that making some food, when doubling the amount of end product you don't always double the amount of certain spices.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would double as with the rest of the ingredients. Unless you thought it was to strong before. Or if you get a more fresh batch of spices. Then you may want to increase only by 75%
