I have a cider that is ready to be bottled, the only problem is I don't have any bottles. Would it be ok to put the cider in a throughly cleaned and empty plastic juice container? Is there a harm in doing this? Thanks for letting me know about any options available.

Unless you really need the fermenter, let it sit. If you need the fermenter, buy another or find some glass bottles. Cider takes a long time to mellow and a juice container would likely ruin it.

Btw, its sitting in primary so I hope the lees doesn't bother it. If I don't see any more bubbles coming from it can I go ahead and take off the airlock and just cap it until I get enough bottles?

Is it in a carboy or bucket? I would leave the airlock on. just so it doesn't build up pressure.
