I recently kegged a batch of beer and I just found out that I will be moving in two weeks. I have co2 on the beer now and it will stay on til we move, will this travel alright or is there something else I should do?

That'll be fine. I've hauled full kegs a couple of thousand miles for the National Homebrewers Conference and they were fine.
