Hi guys, I have been trying to find some information on upscaling recipes. I have several recipes that I have fine tuned for doing 5 gallon batches, but I'm going to brew my first 10 gallon batch next wed. I know I could just double everything, however I don't think that is the right way to do it.

Any help in this would be great!
 
Doubling everything would get you very close. Otherwise, if you have some brewing software, you could adjust the hops a bit. The main difference will be in hops utilization, but it won't be that significant.

volume too.... same amount of boil off.....
