Default My first recipe attempt an APA

So i have decided to try to make my own recipe for the first time and would just like a little input from you guys. I know in the end it will turn out to be beer no matter what but would like to hear any suggestions you guys may have.

7.5# 2-row
.75# 20L Caramel
.50# Carapils
.5 oz simcoe @ 60 mins
.5 oz simcoe @ 20 mins
1 oz Cascade @ 0 min
Safale US-05 American Ale Yeast

any suggestions as far as ingredients go? as far as numbers according to the brew builder at Brewmasters Warehouse ive got this so far

1.047 og
1.012 fg
32.3 ibu
4.6% abv

No suggestions here, you have a nice recipe for a pretty good drinking pale ale. What is the efficiency set at for this grain bill?
