I'mm looking into getting a march pump here pretty soon and am getting together all the connections and odds and ends and realized that my sparge arm is designed for 3/8" tubing. I am planning on using 1/2" tubbing for everything else. I was thinking of having a pair of disconnects between the 1/2" and 3/8" tubbing to step it down to fit the sparge arm. Has anyone else done this? Or how else would i use my pump for sparging? I have the stainless ortating sparge arm from midwest. Thanks

Sure, you can step down as much as you need. It will help regulate the flow of the sparge water, which needs a pretty slow flow.
