Why beer gods? WHY?!?

This is my BIPA puking about 12 oz down the drain.

Over carbed i see. I learned an important lesson with a Summer IPA. I was bottling only half the batch so i cut the amount of priming sugar in half. Apparently i didn't measure correctly because they were all waaaaaay over carbed. Foamed like crazy. I actually didn't loose that much though. I would set the bottle in a bowl, open, let sit for 10-15 minutes and pour. Turned out ok. Cold bottle chilled glass no huge loses.

Open bottle and drink really fast....problem solved.

My only guess is that you are brewing without facial hair. The beer gods absolutely despise this act.

Well the half bottle I got to drink was awesome! I think I'll put the next one in a big bowl and see if I can catch more of it, thanks static.

Oh and I'll be sure to grow a little facial hair for next brew/bottle day!

Lol yeah a read that post a wile back. Mybpartner on the other hand is usualy cleanshaved. Unless hes lazy and grows scruffy.
