Should i thaw frozen hops before adding to wort?

Hops do not contain enough mass to matter if they are thawed or not when going into boiling wort. The freezing and vacuum packing are to retain freshness. Pull as you begin or if you go to the LHBS just before you brew then you do not need to keep frozen, only if you are holding for any extended period of time.

I recently purchased a few bulk pellet hops to freeze. But thanks for the answer!
