I'm considering venturing back into wine making, but not with grapes. My one attempt at it was less than successful.
The thought occured to me this morning that I could buy RW Knudsen juices at the grocery store, pour it in a 5 gallon carboy and ferment it.
They aren't from concentrate. I don't think they have preservatives.
I was thinkig of using a dry or sweet mead yeast.
Anyone see a problem with it?
I'm not sure what juice I'm going to use yet. But if I do it, I'll have to pick up the yeas. In the next 2 hours.
