I'm a brewer from beautiful and beer-soaked Colorado. I've been brewing for about two and a half years now, starting with extract kits then moving to recipes from Papazian's NCJoHB, and finally starting to put together my own recipes.
I've started trying partial mashes (just bottled a partial mash wit last night). I've got a shelf of bottles in my basement quickly filling up with delicious, delicious beer.
I'm gathering equipment now to try AG brewing, and I've been scouring craigslist for a chest freezer for kegging.
This looks like a great community (I've been reading for a while). I look forward to participating!
