I just ordered the Austin Homebrew Supply Bristish IPA Promo kit and it uses Goldings Hops... I haven't used them before... Can someone give me some examples of APA/IPA commercial brews that use them? I googled and came up empty.

Thanks!

Fuller's ESB. Saranac Pale Ale (although that may have Cascades or something as well, making it hard to pick them out). Mostly you want to go British though, not APAs.

Just about every British bitter will have Fuggles and/or Goldings. According to Designing Great Beers, 100 % of commercial British IPAs use Goldings. They are good, but not so common this side of the pond.

If all British IPAs use Goldings, I'm pretty sure I've seen Samuel Smiths IPA over at CT Beverage in Newington.
