I want to brew B's Honey Wheat; it calls for Glacier hops but all I have is hallertau. Should I try it with hallertau or wait?? PLEASE let me know!

Don't.

I know what you're thinking. It's an American Wheat and therefore not very hop forward. I'll give you three reasons:

1) I am one of few people that have had it from the Duder himself and I currently have it on tap. It is the second time that I have made it. It is outstanding, as is.

2) The Hop substitutions aren't in the cards.

Hallertau - Liberty, Tettnanger, Mt. Hood, Vangaurd, Tradition

Glacier - Willamette, Fuggle, Tettnanger, Styrian Goldings

3) Jackie Treehorn draws a lot of water in this town.
