Hello from NJ (Whitehouse Station)

Since I made my first post today in the DIY part of the forum, I thought I ought to introduce myself. I'm Dave. I've lurked on this forum for a long time, and have found it to be helpful, though I've never found it necessary to add my 2 cents--people are pretty good about helping here. I've been brewing for more than 20 years now. I teach Biology and chemistry. I enjoy the challenge of designing parti-gyle brews. Getting 3 distinct beers out of one mash is fun. My wife recently approved the purchase of a pump because I've been less useful due to back pain. Now I'm in the process of figuring out how to plumb the pieces together.
