So on Sunday I bought 5-gallons of UV pasteurized cider from a local mill. I didn't realize that it required refrigeration until I came home tonight and read the labels. It is now refrigerated.
Thoughts on any possible effects? I was thinking to hit it with some campden and start the fermentation on Thursday.
