I have been brewing now for about 4 months. I'm getting the hang of it I think, but I have so many questions. I can't understand how people keep their fermenter at an average temp. Where do you store your bottles etc arrgh so many questions!

But it's all good fun! Have to read all the posts then I'll know.

Also been at it about 4 months now, my first set of batches were all too warm so for this second load I found someone getting rid of a fridge and am fermenting in there now (with a temp controller stopping it getting too cold!).
