I am turning a keg into a keggle now. Just need a spigot.

I have two 10 gallon coolers, just need to install spigots into them as well.

I need a false bottom. And all that still.

What else do I need? I keep getting caught up.

The best things you can do to improve the quality of your beer are:

1) TEMPERATURE CONTROL for fermentation
2) Proper yeast pitch rates, which is much easier with a FLASK and STIR PLATE
3) Oxygenation for yeast health. I employ the "shake it like a salt shaker" meathod, but you may want an oxygenation setup
4) Fast cold break - immersion chiller, counterflow chiller, or plate chiller will do the job. The more surface area, the better.
