Hello all. It is so nice to finally find a brewing forum that does not look cheesy and is actually full of helpful information. I myself am the second generation of brewers in this crazy Czech/German family of mine. We enjoy our dark and chewy beers, and an occasional wheat. Well, happy hopping!
