Hello all! I'm new to brewing and I've jumped right into the deep end of the pool (AG). Before getting started I did a "geekwad" of research, planning and building. Much of the research I've done on methods and systems came from HBT members via YouTube HBT. I've built a decent keggle system with a cooler mash tun. I've invested in Beersmith2 as my brewing software, love it so far. I've got my first brew about to be racked into the secondary and planning my second brew for the 26th.
I'm aggressive by nature and willing to take risks (possibly bite off more than I can chew at times) so I know I'll have questions. This forum seems to be the right place to get those answers.
