So, we're moving apartments today. Our wine is on it's second racking, and it's been in the third carboy for a couple weeks now. It could technically be bottled now, but we don't have the time to do it, and wanted to let it sit for another month.
We've been trying to find some old/real milk crates to help move the carboy itself, but have been unlucky so far.
One question is, is it bad for the wine in the carboy to be disturbed during the move? Should I de-gass it after the move? Anything I need to do or watch out for?
