Goose Island makes an amazing APA called Green Line. It's only available on draft and in Chicago. That really limits the amount of homebrewers that have had the opportunity to try it and hence attempt a clone. If you happen to know of any site or person who has attempted it and have a recipe please let me know, I'd be excited to try it.:mug:

I agree! I really like Green Line, had it for the first time this summer at a concert in Millenium Park. Here's info from the Goose Island website http://www.gooseisland.com/pages/green_line_pale_ale/93.php

I tried this beer at Fedoras in Chicago in the middle of a St. Patty's Day pub crawl. I instantly fell in love, and then my heart broke when I found out it is only available on draft in the city for a limited time I believe.

I'm heading down into the city this Friday for an all day drink session in Wrigleville for the Cub's opening day and will be celebrating this beer yet again!

I'm not sure if my LHBS carries a Pale Ale Malt that would work. This is what they have, can someone tell me if any of these would be close? Thanks!
