As you can probably already tell I am a NOOBY. I've been looking for a recipe for my 5th batch and have noticed a few recipes call for a hopping schedule of 0 minutes of the boil. What does this mean?

Thanks Revvy. Do you just continue with the process as normal?

I do. Some people use hop socks and will take the hops out after sitting for a certain period of time and then chilling but I leave them in, chill my wort as I normally do and whirlpool my kettle to get my hops to sit in a nice cone at the bottom of my kettle.

I'm not sure what you mean. But when I have a flameout addition, I turn off my stove, and drop the hops in, then move turn on my chiller (or before that, put my pot in the icebath to cool.)

This addition is mostly about locking in the hop aroma, by not letting too much of the volatile oils boil off, and some of it goes to flavor as well. But mostly aroma.
