Just about to start up my brew day brewing AHS all grain Belgian Half Wit. I just read over the directions and it looks like it calls for just a 30 minute boil. I never done anything short of 60 minutes.
Has anyone brewed this beer before? Did you boil for 30 minutes only? I'm assuming this is to get a less bitter beer....Maybe this is why it is called the "half" wit. Any input appreciated.
