When I sanitized my bottles last night using Star-San, I rinsed them for 30 to 60 seconds. As most of you know with Star-San, you get bubbles. In the bottles some bubbles were left over which I didn't rinse out because I was worried about contaminants in the water (which was probably over-kill:eek: ). Also I've heard with Star-San that it shouldn't matter because you can drink the stuff without it hurting you. So my question is will my beer have a nasty taste of Star-San when I drink it? My ratio was correct when I sanitized but do I have something to worry about?
When I tasted it before bottling, it was great so I'm hoping I have nothing to worry about. Thanks in advance.:)

You shouldn't worry about it. Relax, have a homebrew.

StarSan has very few aftereffects, and the bubbling helps it get into all the nooks and crannies. It's no-rinse for a reason.

You're beer will be fine.
