yeah it goes fast but it will work great with your "water"distiller.
i usually get 18% alcohol with the turbo, then fine with kiekosol(spelling??)
or any good 2 part wine fining agent.
then syphon into a glass carby and let sit for a week or so until it is crystal clear before firing up the water distiller
 
I'm going to rack then use a liquid carbon then use a clearing agent.

It's Alcotec 48. I'm trying not to stress it so I'm running it at 25c not 30c and letting ig go 96 hours with 6kg of sugar instead of 8kg. I reckon I should get 16% ABV without too much off flavours.

Then I guess I'll have to figure out a way to take out the methanol and crap. Mmmm, I wonder how I could do that?
