Hey. New member here. Looks like a great resource for sorta novice brewers. I'm conditioning my second extract/grain batch and hope to bottle Sunday. First batch fermented during a heat wave and... well, you know how that one turned out. I fermented the second batch of IPA in a small temperature controlled fridge and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
