I am not sure if they have a minimum you have to send, but Sabco professionally cleans/reconditions kegs.

Just curious, are you talking about Corny kegs? They're hard to get into, but you must have some serious gunk in there. You can usually get a reconditioned keg for $35-$50, factoring in shipping both ways + the cost of actually cleaning, having one professionally cleaned sounds rough 
Try to call them - Sparkle Cleaning, they can clean everything.
