Ok, I have the tap a draft system and I plan on back sweetening my cider and carbing it with the tap a draft. I just bottled 2 bottles one cap another swing top and I am performing an experiment to see how well or at all if the carbonation will hold. If it does it would be a cheap way to back sweeten and carb hard cider. I started the test on Sunday the 13th
 
Well, if you did not bomb it with something to kill the yeast you may end up with over carbonated bottle bombs.
I keg, so I just back sweeten and keep it cold so the little yeast left are dormant.
 
Yes, I am planning on adding PS, sorry I forgot to mention that.
