5.5 gal

13.5 lbs american 2 row
8 oz crystal 40L

2 oz chinook 60 minutes
1 oz chinook 5 minutes
1 oz chonook 1 minute

my question is should i dry hop as well, or will it be too over hopped? and if i should dry hop what should i use? something with a lower AA? i wanted to use all chinook.

IMO, it wont be over-hopped, but you can always check a sample before dry-hopping if you're worried

Chinooks are a harsh bittering hop. That's why I love them so much. Looks like a good one. Good ratio for bittering with 14 lbs. of grain.

yeah it turned out to be a really good beer. nice head retention, taste somewhat similar to stone ipa. i just did a ruination clone recently 15lb of grain and half pound of hops!:ban:
