I bottled my batch of Ed's Haus Pale Ale last Thursday.
Impatiently I tossed one in the fridge this morning and cracked it open after doing saturday chores. It still has a tiny bit of that "green" ness to it, but omg is it delicious. It laced nice and had a nice foamy lingering head. Smelled and tasted absolutely amazing.
Finally! Now to impatiently wait another 3 weeks for more proper conditioning.
Time to start another batch. Thanks a lot Ed!!!!
