I'm making BM Cream of Three Crops and I'm trying to figure my efficency. The wiki doesn't have maximum potentials for flaked maize, or minute rice. Does anyone know where I could find these numbers?

I use the Flaked Corn and Flaked Rice choices in Beersmith for my recipes and the OG's are always right on.

Can flaked rice be substitued for minute rice? Huh, I missed that in the wiki, thanks.
