My mash tun is complete (I think). The only thing that I'm not sure about is a T-joint that is made of plastic. I couldn't find an SS or brass one so I figured it would have to do. Eventually will I go to a store where I can buy a brass or SS peice, but until then will the plastic one work? I don't want my PM or AG to be ruined because of a simple thing like this.
