A friend of mine named his kid Ace. I will just start calling him Sorachi. Of course I will be the only one that gets the joke.

Porter is the only brewing related name I would consider seriously. It's one of our top 3 actually if our next child is a boy.
But I agree with whoever said, "don't tell anyone the name until it's born", especially family and friends!"
I know a fine man with the name Porter. I would have no problem naming a son Porter. I would also thinking that a middle name of Stout would be quite acceptable, but it might be a detriment if the person put on too much much weight.
Amber would be a fine name, excepting that it might be a little too pole dancer-ish like Crystal. Saison could be a candidate, but it might be a little too out of the ordinary.
