Or any overcarbed beer for that matter. We had brews leftover from my wedding, and unbeknownst to me my father-in-law left three 12-packs of Bluegrass Brewing APA out in the garage. A few 100-plus weeks later I have bottles of APA that shoot out so many bubbles when opened its laughable. Can anyone think of a use I might have for these outside of reclaiming the bottles? The beer still tastes OK if you can get past the annoying amount of bubbles and foam created.

Even if you let it sit in the fridge a few days, it still gushes? If it's not vomiting out the bottle, treat it like a batch or over carbed home brew. Take the caps off. Let them sit 30-60 minutes, and recap them with your wing capper. This should let off some CO2. If it's not enough, do it again.
