It depends on how much you're looking to spend. If you are paying someone to convert them for you, it may be only a few extra bucks for them to weld on a spigot. I converted my own keg, so it would've cost a bunch to get someone to weld it. I used a Zymico Weld-be-gone (no affiliation) kit...worked like a champ. Just drill a hole and screw it down. Piece of cake.
