Fresh vs. Pellet vs. Plug Hops -- by weight

I just purchased some fresh hops (freshops) at my LHBS -- do I use them in the same weight as pellets when a weight for hops is provided in a recipe (assuming the AA are the same)? I tried to search for this and didn't come up with anything, appreciate any help.
 
I always thought that with pellets you figured on 10% more utililization. I know Promash makes an ajustment based on pellets vs. whole.
 
So it sounds like I won't accidentally over-hop my beer if I use the same weightxAA formula with the leaf hops -- if anything may under-hop?
 
Found an IBU calculator. Link goes to a site with places to input hop variety, alpha acid percentage, boil time, fresh or plug hops vs. pellet, wort gravity, wort volume, etc. Nice tool for playing around if you don't have a brewing software (I do not).
