Hey folks, I have been lurking for a while, but I am a first time poster. I want to make soda commercially. I am in the planning phase and am trying to find a cost efficient, yet unique product. I want to make sodas using an extract, but I don’t want to use a bottle of premade zatarans extract. I want to use the same ingredients typically found (wintergreen, burdock, etc.) but in extract form. Does anyone have a recipe they could share?
The other flavors I want to make as my flagship styles will be as follows:
Lemon lime mint
- Lemon extract
- Lime extract
- Mint extract
Cherry soda
- Cherry extract
Ginger beer
- Ginger extract
- Lemon extract
- Orange extract (possibly)
Cream soda
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon extract (sparingly)

Thank you for the input!
