Is there any scientific resource which explain the Saccharomyces cerevisiae will die at fewest tempereture ?

Could yeast survive -10 Celcius?
 
this book will tell you everything you need to know about yeast as is it is related to brewing. if you are homebrewing, in my opinion, this is a must read.

the problem with yeast surviving sub-zero temperatures is that ice crystals form in the liquid that holds the yeast. these sharp ice crystals puncture the cell walls as they form. the chance of any yeast surviving that, especially after a period of time, is very low.

Exactly, this is why you use some sort of other liquid medium to store the yeast in freezing temps.
