Ok guys, so I was totally impatient and have opened my first bottle of my first batch after a week in the bottles. The verdict? This stuff is awesome! The only thing is that it is not carbed up a whole lot yet but man is it good! I do want to give a huge thanks to all of the information that you guys have put together on here. There was so much helpful info. Since this is so good I actually have a very suiting name for it! Broken Stove Stout! If you look at my first batch post this makes total sense.
