hello, i recently brewed a SNPA clone, it was great, here is the recipe:

5 gallons
9 pounds 10 oz pale ale malt
8.6 oz carapils
8.6 oz caramel 60L
1 oz perle 60 min.
1oz cascade 10 min.
1oz cascade 1 min.
1oz cascade Dry hop

This gives me 6.8 SRM

I want to make it darker, more orange, what can I add, with out making the foam brown? i like APA, orangish with bright white foam.

Ditch the carapils and replace it with more crystal 60L, that would work. Use a pound total of crystal. That will make it a bit darker. If you want a more orange hue, replace a pound of the pale malt with a pound of Munich malt.
