Hybrid chiller?

Seems like it would work and it looks nice on the outside. I've seen people make similar devices that they said worked great. $35 isn't much over the materials and is probably a good deal depending on how you value your time.
I would recommend running the wort through it fairly slow to cool it down enough though.
