Hello, I am going to be doing my first partial mash this weekend with a wheat beer, pretty sketchy on all the details, but have read alot. I haven't done a batch in over a year or so since getting married, finally got all the gear out of my parent's house, and I'm ready to brew! Such Tintilating excitement, have been trying to get everything ready this week, Good friday will be my GOOD Hefeweizen Friday!
